The Bhagavad-gita contains seven hundred verses, each a fragrant, alluring temple, flawless inside and out.
As I read the Bhagavad-gita and my mind walks by these shining temples, I pray that it may agree to enter one of them. For I know that only upon entering there, my wayward mind will find the shelter, satisfaction, and joy it is seeking.
“In this world, there is nothing so sublime and pure as transcendental knowledge. Such knowledge is the mature fruit of all mysticism. And one who has become accomplished in the practice of devotional service enjoys this knowledge within himself in due course of time.” Bhagavad-gita 4.38
