This evening I marveled upon seeing a flock of migrating geese come in for a soft landing on a small pond.
Seeing their natural attraction for the water and their serenity after an arduous journey, I remembered this verse:
“A pure devotee of the Lord whose heart has once been cleansed by the process of devotional service never relinquishes the lotus feet of Lord Krsna, for they fully satisfy him, as a traveler is satisfied at home after a troubled journey.” (Bhag. 2.8.6)
