Release the Vibration

The Srimad-Bhagavatam is an expansion of the Gayatri mantra and the Gayatri mantra comes from the vibration of Krishna’s flute. Krishna, His eternal associates, and the topmost realm of the spiritual world, Goloka – are fully and perfectly present in the sound of the Srimad-Bhagavatam.

Those who hear the verses of the Srimad-Bhagavatam in the association of pure devotees very soon become devotedly attached to Krishna and re-arrange their lives so that they can hear from it more and more.

Knowing the spiritual power of Srimad-Bhagavatam, Srila Vyasadeva painstakingly wrote down all its verses five thousand years ago, just to make it widely available.

Through the hard work of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and his followers, the Srimad-Bhagavatam is now available in many languages with in-depth purports to each verse, as well as beautiful illustrations, which are like windows to the spiritual world.

However, even though available, still very few people in the world have heard of the Srimad-Bhagavatam. Others, who do know about it, have not yet taken the time to hear it.

Advanced bhakti yogis, therefore, regularly – and with great pleasure – sit together to read and discuss Srimad-Bhagavatam aloud in an open assembly, just to release its vibration into the atmosphere for the benefit both themselves and all other souls in the world.
